Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction at Bonayon.com. We provide all our customers with a refund, return and/or exchange policy on everything we sell including all trees, bonsai, accessories and shrubs. However, because plants are perishable items, trees and shrubs cannot be returned without proper authorization. This right is limited to three (3) days from the date on which the customer receives their items. The refund, return and/or exchange policy only applies to customers who notify our Customer Service Department by email at support@bonayon.com or telephone at 8801817016656 within three days from the date on which the customer receives their item and returns the item in its original packaging. The Customer Service Department will give you instructions on how to return your items.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the Product – you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Trees and shrubs must be returned in live condition. Bonayon.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
